Pad Thai Recipe, Typical Thai Cuisine, Suitable for Sales Ideas

Pad Thai is a popular Thai dish consisting of rice noodles fried with egg, bean sprouts, shrimp or chicken, and special spices such as tamarind (tamarind), fish sauce and chili. This dish is often served with chopped peanuts, lime wedges, and spring onions as garnish.

150 grams of kwetiau
100 grams of fresh shrimp
80 grams of bean sprouts
1 egg

4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 white parts of spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp dried ebi
3 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind, dissolve in
5 tablespoons water then strain
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp mushroom stock
2 tbsp garlic margarine
3 tbsp cooking oil
cooking oil

Additional Materials
a handful of fresh bean sprouts
1 green part of spring onion, sliced
1 tsp fried peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 lime

How to make
1. Melt garlic margarine, add garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the dried sweet potatoes. Stir briefly.
3. Add the shrimp, rice noodles, tamarind solution, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, stock and white part of the spring onion. Stir well.
4. Set aside the stir fry on the edge of the pan, make scrambled eggs in the middle of the pan, half cooked.
5. After that, stir all the ingredients until smooth. Turn off the stove. Add bean sprouts and chili powder.
6. Serve with other additional ingredients.
