Vegetable Bakwan Recipe

Material

• 100 grams of wheat flour

• 1 tbsp rice flour

• Cabbage, green beans, carrots and bean sprouts to taste

• Ground spices

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 2 Spring onions

• A pinch of coriander powder

• Salt to taste

• Sugar, to taste

• Flavoring stock, to taste (optional)


How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients then wash all the vegetables.

2. Cut into small pieces lengthwise or according to taste

3. Mix wheat flour, rice flour and ground spices in one container.

4. Add the vegetables that have been cut into small pieces, then stir until smooth and thickened.

5. Heat the oil, scoop up the bakwan mixture using a spoon and fry until cooked.

6. When the bakwan is brownish yellow, remove from heat and serve.

7. Vegetable bakwan is ready to be enjoyed while it is warm.
