Simple Dawet Ayu Ice Recipe


• 100 grams of rice flour

• 4 tablespoons tapioca flour

• 500 ml water

• 2 pandan leaves

Liquid sugar ingredients:

• 200 grams of brown sugar

• 500 ml water

Coconut cream:

• 300 ml water

• 65 ml instant coconut milk

How to make:

1. Cook rice flour, tapioca and pandan juice until cooked and bubbling.

2. Remove and cool. Mold the dawet with a sieve and prepare ice water underneath.

3. Cook brown sugar and water until it boils.

4. Cook coconut milk and water.

5. Mix sugar, coconut milk and dawet. Add ice cubes to make it fresh. Serve.
