2 stalks of lemongrass, bruise the white part

How to make angkringan ginger wedang
1. Boil water with ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves and brown sugar. Cover the pan.
2. Reduce the heat, boil until the water boils and the juice from the ingredients comes out, about 30 minutes. Remove then strain.
3. Serve the ginger drink while warm.
B. Spiced ginger wedang recipe
Material:
200 grams ginger, roasted, sliced
2 cm cinnamon
1 gram cup
200 grams of palm sugar
2,000 ml of water
1 teaspoon honey
How to make ginger wedang:
1. Boil ginger, cinnamon, secang and palm sugar until the water reduces by half.
2. Strain, then add honey before drinking and stir.
C. Simple ginger drink
Ingredients:
1 liter of water
100 grams of ginger, peeled, roughly sliced and bruised
2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
2 pandan leaves, cut into medium size pieces
200 grams brown sugar, finely chopped (can be replaced with rock sugar if you don't really like brown sugar)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cinnamon stick about 3-4 cm (optional)
How to make Ginger Wedang:
1. Boil water with ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves, cinnamon, brown sugar and a little salt.
2. Cook covered over low heat for 20-30 minutes to ensure all the juice from the spices used comes out.
3. Strain the spice dregs and the Ginger Wedang is ready to be served.
D. Milk Ginger Wedang Recipe
One of the angkringan menus is also popular with many people. Milk provides important nutritional intake and ginger increases the body's endurance.
Material :
100 g old white ginger
2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
10 white peppercorns
1 pandan leaf, cut into pieces
1 liter of fresh milk
5 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
How to Make Milk Ginger Wedang:
1. Wash the ginger thoroughly then burn it over the coals of a stove until the skin is slightly dry and slightly charred. 2. Remove, scrape the skin with a knife until clean.
3. Chop the ginger and bruise it.

1 pandan leaf, cut into pieces
750 ml water
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 slices of lemon
4 tbsp honey
How to Make Lemon Ginger Wedang:
1. Grill the ginger rhizomes over hot coals until slightly black.
2. Scrape the skin with a spoon then cut into 2-3 pieces and pound until bruised.

F. Men's Stamina Ginger Wedang Recipe

5 cm cinnamon stick
5 cloves, crushed
2-6 tbsp honey (or to taste)
1,500 ml of water
120 grams brown sugar, comb
25 grams of sugar
5 pandan leaves, summed
1/4 tsp salt
How to make honey ginger wedang
1. Wrap the ginger in a tea bag or tulle.
2. Prepare a pan, pour water. Add ginger and other ingredients except honey. Boil until the aroma of ginger comes out. Lift.
3. Strain and pour into a glass. Put two tablespoons of honey in each glass of wedang.

This ginger-based drink is not only popular with Indonesian people, but also in various other countries. In fact, the Crown Prince of the British Empire, Prince Charles also likes ginger tea.
