3 small cinnamon sticks

3 lemongrass stalks

5 cloves

1 handful of secang wood

1 segment of ginger

5 cardamom pods

1 liter of water

Rock sugar to taste

How to make:

1. Grill the ginger, then crush it until it is flat.

2. Bring the water to a boil, then add the ginger to boil until the juice comes out. After that, add the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, secang and rock sugar.
